This 53 year old female presented with complaints of heavy, baggy upper eyelids that gave her eyes a tired appearance. The sets of photographs on the right depict the patient 6 months after a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty. Note the lighter, cleaner, and refreshed appearance to the patient’s eyes after this simple procedure.
