A: Yes. All patients considering Blepharoplasty are individually interviewed and examined. If determined during the initial examination, patients are referred to an ophthalmologist prior to surgery to assure they are good surgical candidates. Problems such as significant pre-operative dry eye issues can often be a contraindication for Blepharoplasty.
